Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for machine learning models
- Advise cross-functional teams on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Create training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt organizational policies proactively
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with communities impacted by AI deployments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, AI/ML, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI implications
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Stanford)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
