Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Published research on bias in machine learning systems
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
- Experience with AI model auditing and transparency tools
- Track record of translating ethical principles into technical implementations
