Responsibilities

- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Published research in algorithmic fairness or AI governance (top-tier conferences)
- Expertise in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing workflows
- Strong background in consequentialist and deontological ethical theories
