Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for neural interface and quantum computing projects
- Develop predictive models for societal impact of emerging technologies using advanced simulation tools
- Author position papers and contribute to international AI ethics standards committees
- Create bias mitigation protocols for generative AI systems deployed in regulated industries
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology design methodologies
- Interface with policymakers to shape legislation for 2026-era AI deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
