Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years applied AI ethics research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT)
- Expertise in fairness metrics (Demographic Parity, Equalized Odds)
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tool development
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance
- Fluency in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
