Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into design processes
- Create policy recommendations for responsible AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics and societal impact
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
- Author technical whitepapers on ethical AI practices for industry adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of AI systems
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (preferred)
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible technology (preferred)
