Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML models and datasets
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical guidelines for emerging AI applications
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Author transparency reports and ethical impact assessments
- Mentor engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Represent the company at industry ethics forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with MLOps and AI development lifecycle
- Published work in ethics journals or conference proceedings
