Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Conduct algorithmic audits for bias, fairness, and transparency across ML models
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate ethics into product development lifecycles
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and update compliance strategies proactively
- Author whitepapers and contribute to industry ethics coalitions
- Advise executive team on ethical implications of AI deployment decisions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (AIF360, Fairlearn) and ML frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and ethical guidelines
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influence skills
- Published work in AI ethics or philosophy of technology preferred
- Experience with agile development and DevOps methodologies
