Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development
- Advocate for regulatory compliance with emerging AI governance standards (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on ethical AI priorities
- Author whitepapers and contribute to industry-wide AI ethics best practices
- Monitor and report on emerging ethical risks in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in implementing bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Experience developing ethical AI policies for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, IBM) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical ethics to non-technical stakeholders
