Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Lead cross-functional task forces comprising engineers, ethicists, and policymakers to align technical capabilities with societal values
- Develop predictive models for AI ethics risks using quantum-enhanced simulation technologies
- Author industry-white papers and regulatory blueprints for next-gen AI deployment standards
- Represent Nexus at global ethics summits including OECD AI forums and World Economic Technology Councils
- Mentor junior researchers in applied ethics methodologies for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Computer Science with 5+ years in AI governance or technology ethics
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or autonomous system ethics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies or government agencies on AI policy
- Proficiency in ethics frameworks (e.g., Asilomar Principles, EU AI Act compliance)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world impact on technology policy decisions
