Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech initiatives
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in privacy-preserving techniques and data ethics
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
