Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI models deployed in critical infrastructure
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across multimodal AI systems using advanced statistical methods
- Develop real-time ethics monitoring dashboards for autonomous decision-making engines
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency and explainability standards
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in policy discussions with regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Author whitepapers on emergent ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
- Mentor junior researchers through our Ethics Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for deep learning and generative AI systems
- Proficiency with fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn) and explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT)
- Experience working with international standards bodies (IEEE, ISO/IEC)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
