Responsibilities
- Develop AI ethics frameworks compliant with 2026 regulatory forecasts (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across ML pipelines using fairness metrics
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Lead incident response for ethical breaches in deployed autonomous systems
- Author governance documentation for ISO/IEEE 7000 certification
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI implementation
- Represent company at global ethics policy summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years developing governance frameworks for high-stakes AI systems
- Expertise in EU AI Act and US NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with federated learning privacy-preserving methods
- Proficiency in Python for fairness audit automation
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar body
