Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI ethics frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics strategy
- Strong background in data science and machine learning fundamentals
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
