- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, state-level legislation) and advise compliance
- Create ethical impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (OECD, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in diverse cultural contexts
- Strong background in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling
- Published work or proven thought leadership in AI ethics
