Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory predictions
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems using advanced analytical tools
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development pipelines
- Create policy recommendations for responsible AI deployment and stakeholder communication
- Lead cross-functional working groups on emerging AI ethics challenges (deepfakes, autonomous systems)
- Represent company at industry forums shaping AI ethics standards for 2026+
- Produce ethics impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or ethics compliance roles
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level AI bills)
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (FAIR, Responsible AI Toolkit) and ethical design methodologies
- Publications or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
