Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US Blueprint)
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for generative AI models
- Lead cross-functional working groups on ethical AI deployment
- Author thought leadership on AI governance and responsible innovation
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product development roadmaps
- Partner with policy teams to shape industry standards and regulations
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and propose proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (NIST, OECD, etc.)
- Experience developing ethical AI policies for enterprise products
- Strong ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tooling development
