Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations in design processes
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder workshops
- Research emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitoring systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
