Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, algorithmic fairness, and explainable AI techniques
- Proven track record influencing organizational AI strategy and decision-making
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML fairness)
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in tech-driven environments
