- Monitor emerging AI regulations and translate them into actionable policies
- Represent the company at industry ethics panels and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience facilitating cross-functional ethics committees
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic journals preferred
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing workflows
