Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 7+ years in AI governance, risk management, or responsible technology
- Expertise in implementing ethical frameworks per IEEE 7000 and NIST AI RMF
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Strong background in quantitative bias assessment tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
