Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in interdisciplinary collaboration with engineering teams
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic bias analysis tools
- Certification in Responsible AI or similar program (preferred)
