Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and implementation protocols for autonomous systems
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for machine learning models across healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and industry coalitions on AI governance
- Create audit frameworks for algorithmic bias and fairness in high-stakes decision systems
- Translate ethical principles into technical requirements for engineering teams
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and contribute to policy discourse
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible tech, or tech policy development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning systems and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
