Responsibilities

- Create regulatory compliance roadmaps for evolving AI legislation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI principles
- Research emerging AI ethics challenges and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience advising C-suite on ethical technology adoption
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and change management
