- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and academic journals
- Champion transparent explainable AI (XAI) methodologies for critical infrastructure
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI alignment with human values and sustainability goals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance requirements
- Publishing record in AI ethics with citations in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and alignment research
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI architectures and hybrid human-machine systems
- Fluency in predictive modeling for AI societal impact assessment
- Certification in AI Risk Management from IEEE or equivalent
