Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic impact assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Develop corporate governance policies for responsible AI development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate ethical principles into engineering requirements
- Partner with legal teams to anticipate regulatory shifts and compliance strategies
- Create predictive risk models for AI deployment in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
- Represent company in industry coalitions shaping global AI standards (IEEE, OECD)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, risk management, or technology ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness-aware machine learning
- Experience developing AI ethics toolkits for enterprise environments
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, Stanford, or equivalent)
- Published research or thought leadership in responsible AI
