Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive AI ethics governance framework for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct predictive ethical risk assessments for quantum AI and neuromorphic computing systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into ML development lifecycles
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
- Develop proprietary ethics auditing tools for autonomous decision-making systems
- Create educational materials for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Partner with policy teams to shape industry standards for AI transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Governance, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics compliance or responsible AI development
- Expertise in emerging AI technologies (quantum ML, neuromorphic computing)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in ethics auditing methodologies and bias detection tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
