Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering and legal teams to integrate ethical guidelines into the development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct impact studies and audits on algorithmic bias to promote diversity and inclusion in our technology.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company's ethical stance to the media, investors, and public forums.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, Public Policy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI ethics, strategy, or corporate governance within a high-tech environment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing ethical guidelines for large-scale software products.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
