Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI/ML frameworks for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research in quantum computing applications and next-gen cybersecurity protocols
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop scalable solutions for IoT ecosystems and spatial computing platforms
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation standards

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and NLP advancements
- Experience with cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
