Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and emerging biotech applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in simulated future environments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate next-generation talent pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in AI strategy, R&D leadership, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching successful AI products or research initiatives
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures, quantum computing principles, and biotech convergence
