Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI technology roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-powered solutions for scalability and innovation
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business frameworks for executive leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as an industry pioneer
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor junior talent in strategic technology planning and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years specializing in AI/ML or emerging tech
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI transformation projects ($10M+ budgets)
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and predictive analytics frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and P&L management
- Certifications in AWS/Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
