Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI implementation across global enterprise systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI solutions (2026+ capabilities)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging quantum computing and neuromorphic architectures
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on breakthrough initiatives
- Mentor junior AI specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI development with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or AGI
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of implementing transformative AI projects
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or similar
