- Secure $5M+ in government innovation grants and private partnerships
- Deliver quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board members

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent field
- 10+ years experience in AI/ML research with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neural interfaces
- Track record of securing $3M+ in government innovation grants
- Expertise in AGI safety frameworks and singularity mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
