Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystems integrating quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement predictive AI solutions
- Research emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing) for product innovation
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Develop proprietary algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental AI projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems at scale (e.g., GPT-5 level)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neural architecture design
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 on AI strategy and implementation
- Strong ethical AI governance background with policy development experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
