Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategic roadmap aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, ethicists, and domain specialists
- Anticipate emerging AI trends and regulatory frameworks through horizon scanning
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Manage $50M+ annual R&D budget for experimental AI initiatives
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and G7 Technology Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 10+ years in applied AI leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AGI or ethical AI (2019-2023)
- Experience managing >50-person technical teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Fluency in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act)
- Public speaking record at 3+ major global tech conferences (2021-2023)
