Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping ethical autonomous systems and predictive AI models
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for emerging tech policy
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and prepare organizational adoption frameworks
- Create immersive future-state simulations for client decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and human-AI coevolution
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for 2026 innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in quantum-AI intersection or human-machine symbiosis
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in emerging tech governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on digital transformation
- Proficiency in predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences
