Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year AI strategy aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI models for autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in research grants from DARPA, NSF, and private innovation funds
- Establish industry-wide ethical AI standards through IEEE committee leadership
- Present breakthroughs at TED, Davos, and major tech conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 3 breakthrough AI methodologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or equivalent with 10+ years industry leadership
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of scaling AI teams from 5 to 500+ engineers
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic hardware integration
- Previous experience securing $100M+ in AI research funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Global network of AI researchers and VCs for strategic partnerships
