Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI trends and societal implications through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on responsible AI principles
- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI development pipelines
- Author thought leadership pieces on AI's evolving ethical landscape
- Collaborate with policy makers on regulatory frameworks for 2026+ AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Technology with AI specialization
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI ethics or technology governance
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and their societal impacts
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research on AI ethics or futurism in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with regulatory compliance for AI systems in regulated industries
