Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year innovation strategy for AI/ML applications in healthcare and climate tech
- Lead development of proprietary AI systems with 10+ teraflop processing capabilities
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and quantum computing pioneers
- Manage $500K+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent development targeting 15+ AI/quantum hybrid innovations
- Mentor team of 8 engineers and data scientists through agile methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling AI systems from prototype to production (10M+ users)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and error correction
- Experience securing $1M+ in government innovation grants
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting AI implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
