Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy for AI-driven product ecosystems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic AI
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends and competitive disruptors in the AI space
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor senior engineers and scientists in next-gen AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale (Fortune 500 or unicorns)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic engineering
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
