Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year AI innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant ML algorithms and neuro-ethical frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global academic institutions
- Translate complex emerging technologies into commercializable IP portfolios
- Represent QuantumLeap at World Economic Forum and G7 Innovation Summits
- Mentor AI ethics committees and shape industry-wide regulatory standards
- Drive $10M+ R&D initiatives in generative AI and synthetic biology convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years industry leadership
- Proven track record in launching AI products with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in 2026-adjacent technologies: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic chips, or digital twins
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or future-of-work implications
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Experience securing Series C+ funding for deep tech ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting AI implementations
