Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging AI trends, geopolitical shifts, and technological convergence patterns
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic AI solutions in quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic foresight methodologies
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen AI capabilities including generative intelligence and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing AI roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi techniques
- Deep technical knowledge of transformer architectures, quantum computing, and biocomputing systems
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) and experience implementing responsible AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences from engineers to policymakers
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, AI Magazine) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
