Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems including quantum-ML hybrids
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate predictive AI into customer experiences
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, AGI precursors)
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and industry stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused technology adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or 10+ years in advanced AI research/strategy
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AGI development
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience building AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
