Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, aligning with global tech adoption curves
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and human-AI symbiosis
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Pioneer industry-first applications in biotech, climate modeling, and space exploration
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers and engineers in emerging tech disciplines
- Author white papers that define the future of human-AI co-evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying generative AI systems at scale (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and probabilistic neural networks
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or human-machine interaction
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-disrupting AI implementations post-2020
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
