Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, aligning quantum computing, AGI research, and human augmentation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate modeling, and space exploration
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible development of autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for emerging technology R&D
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board members securing $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to anticipate disruptive innovations before market adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 10+ years in AI/ML leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies achieving $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, and AGI safety protocols
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or human-AI symbiosis
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and commercial venture capital for frontier tech
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and familiarity with neural architecture frameworks
