Responsibilities
- Architect strategic AI roadmaps for 2026+ by analyzing quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology interfaces, swarm AI) for commercial viability
- Design human-AI symbiosis protocols for healthcare, climate modeling, and space exploration sectors
- Present future-state visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Partner with policy advisors to shape AI legislation and ethical standards
- Develop innovation incubation programs for next-gen AI applications
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record in developing AI strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, generative adversarial networks, and neuro-symbolic AI
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or human-AI interaction paradigms
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
