Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI roadmaps aligned with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying generative AI systems for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify acquisition targets in AI startups
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact and future workforce implications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent industry experience with 10+ years in ML/AI
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent patents
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$50M ARR impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of advanced AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
