Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI innovation aligned with market trends and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (neuromorphic computing, generative agents, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for advanced AI deployment
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures, neural networks, and quantum computing principles
