Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystems, aligning with emerging quantum computing and neuromorphic paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing adaptive AI frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of sentient-level systems
- Partner with governments and Fortune 100 companies to future-proof infrastructure and workforce strategies
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor PhD researchers in next-generation AI safety protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Computing with 7+ years applied research experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level generative AI systems (GPT-4+ equivalent)
- Deep expertise in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or AGI alignment
- Experience with regulatory sandboxes for autonomous systems (FAA, FDA, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio of commercialized AI products impacting >1M users
- Fluency in Python/PyTorch and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE/NASA-level clearance
