Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research initiatives focused on 2026-era AI capabilities including AGI pathways and quantum-integrated machine learning
- Architect scalable AI frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Guide cross-functional teams in translating research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI deployment and governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of research leadership experience
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Experience with quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
